Mitigation Monitoring

Pursuant to Section 21081.6 of the California Public Resources Code,  agencies are required to establish monitoring and reporting programs to ensure compliance with the mitigation measures identified in EIRs and Mitigated Negative Declarations (as adopted in conditions of project approval).

UltraSystems assists our clients in complying with their mitigation monitoring and reporting program obligations.  UltraSystems provides field monitors that ensure mitigation measures are properly implemented, and prepares reports documenting compliance for submittal to public agencies.
